With our newly developed conditions module, we bring maximum flexibility to your sales processes. You can now easily create and edit individual conditions and integrate them into your quotations or invoices. This means you always retain full control over your pricing and contract terms.

Conditions as a module: insert with just one click
Instead of manually copying formulations or adapting texts, simply select a predefined condition module when creating a quotation or invoice. This is automatically inserted into the document. Ideal for companies that regularly work with changing conditions but still want to ensure consistency.
Standardized process - maximum control
Whether payment terms, delivery times or special agreements: Each module can be individually maintained, regularly updated and specifically inserted into sales documents. This keeps your content consistent, legally unambiguous and up to date - without manual adjustments or contradictory wording.

You can add the desired condition directly to an offer or an invoice. ***

**Once a condition has been selected, it automatically appears in the comments field of the document. The comment field can still be adjusted manually - for example, to refer to additional general terms and conditions or to add individual notes.
